In light of the recent contention regarding HB 628 and whether it proposed the creation of a NH state income tax or an additional payroll tax, we felt that we should discuss the distinction.
Much like a Tide Pod, this bill looks attractive to naive children but is really toxic.
However, some authoritarian politicians want that to end. The above 12 representatives and senators have sponsored a bill that would effectively create and potentially impose a state income tax in NH.
