Every option for schooling has been overrun by the left. We are seeing more and more homeschooling from this. There are no viable options for schools. With no options out there homeschooling is the only option on the table in this day in age.
In October 2022, Daniel Rothschild self-published a book comprised of his numerous academic essays relating to government, anarchism, capitalism, and liberty. Daniel is an SEO specialist who works primarily with businesses in the cannabis industry. He earned a Master’s Degree in Economics from San Jose State University.
This election proves the only two solutions are nullification and secession. Most voters in the united states voted to destroy our liberty slightly faster than the alternative option would have done. Voting has rarely worked. Mob rule doesn’t produce liberty when the vote determines who gets the handouts.
In The united states, the powers to make laws reside with the State governments. The US Constitution grants a few specific powers to the federal government; the power to have a navy, a Supreme Court, the power to coin money, and a select few others. Article 1, Section 8 outlines the powers delegated to the federal government. No part of the Constitution gives the federal government the power to control education
Despite everyone expecting a huge red wave on Tuesday, by the time the votes were counted, there was nothing more than a purple ripple. Republicans were expected to take majorities in the House and Senate.
Jeremy Kauffman is the Libertarian nominee for US Senate running against Don Bolduc (R) and Maggie Hassan (D). Many libertarians will be voting for him and many disaffected Republicans and Democrats are likely to, as well.
In light of the reported attack against General Don Bolduc, the New Hampshire Republican Senate Nominee, we would like to correct the record.
One of the most interesting races for the 24 seats in the NH Senate is playing out in District 16. Technically, neither of the two candidates that voters will see on the general election ballot ran in the primary. In fact, both seemingly had no intention of running for Senate until just a few weeks ago. The two candidates represent polar opposites; a liberty conservative versus a hardcore progressive socialist. The District includes Candia, Goffstown, Hooksett, Manchester Ward 1, and Raymond.
In the prior session, the House and Senate both passed CACR21 by massive margins. Sponsored by two liberty Republicans, this legislation would amend the New Hampshire Constitution by abolishing the office of the Register of Probate. This position exists in each county and is essentially obsolete.
Governor Sununu and the New Hampshire State Police were reported for crimes against Monica Holm and other individuals. Read all of the details below and discover how you can speak out against their crimes. We the people must stand up against tyranny, and this is our chance.
Many years ago, after several years as a practicing psychotherapist, I had a revelation. Having studied many and sundry explanations of human behavior and how to help people achieve their goals of behavioral change, it dawned on me that all human behavior can be distilled down to one rule, people do what they get away with.
The latest book, titled ‘Taxation Is Theft’ delves into the history of taxation in the united states, the types of taxes, the hidden taxes, and how politicians spend all that tax money. The final section explains how we can easily and practically eliminate taxation using simple programs that already exist (and no, it’s not the ‘there is no law that says we need to pay taxes’ argument).
In March 2021, six New Hampshire residents were arrested by federal agents in a massively violent no-knock raid. The liberty activists were charged by federal prosecutors with multiple crimes, all of which involved cryptocurrency, and none of which involved any victims.
Since July 29th, YouTube has removed four videos from our channel. On September 15th, the Google-owned video platform totally eliminated our channel. We appealed the decision, and the anti-liberty corporation confirmed on the 18th that our channel was deleted and will never be restored.
Imagine that you lived in a world where medical implants and augmented cybernetics were so cheap that even the poorest people in society had access to them. In this world, people learn skills by inserting a flash drive into their neck and installing the knowledge directly. Humans have replaced their arms with chromed fashion pieces, and the more extravagant people have replaced their whole bodies with cybernetics.
In the face of long-term inflation, increasing numbers of people are losing faith in the dollar, trading their ‘Federal Reserve Notes’ for assets that they believe will hold their value better. The past few years have seen massive interest in crypto, gold, silver, firearms, and many other assets. But it isn’t just for investing or wealth preservation. Many people are already using the alternatives as real currency for everyday purchases.
On Tuesday, six pro-liberty Republicans were attacked by the establishment. Nasty mailers were sent by the ‘Granite PAC’, an organization that recently spent over 80k supporting Sununu and other NH establishment players. The targets of the attacks included Mike Sylvia, Max Abramson, Josh Yokela, Melissa Blasek, Norm Silber, & Paul Terry.
Contrary to the trend found throughout the united states and in most each individual city and states, liberty is winning in New Hampshire. The ‘Live Free or Die’ state is already ranked #1 in freedom by the CATO and Frazier institutes. And its libertarian citizens and activists will continue to diminish government powers and strengthen individual rights with each passing day. Here are the top reasons we can confidently make this assertion:
Ben Weir is an Army Veteran and a pro-liberty candidate for Sheriff of Merrimack County in southern New Hampshire. He is running as a Libertarian, which makes it more difficult to get on the ballot. Because the Libertarian Party does Read more…
On March 15, 2022, a notice of trespass was served by certified mail to Selectmen Waddell, Sawyer, Bridle, Rage, Town Clerk Doheny, and Town Moderator Cassassa. This trespass, served by me, Regina Barnes, an NH state citizen involved unlawful electronic ballot counting devices used to count/tally votes in all Hampton elections. It informed all parties that they had violated their oaths of office.
A real-life Karen has filed a petition with the NH Ballot Law Commission requesting a hearing to deny ballot access to 14 members of the state legislature running for re-election this year.
On Friday, August 5th, over 300 pro-liberty Granite Staters gathered at the Kingswood Art Center in Wolfeboro, NH for The Resolve Initiative Candidate Debates. Twenty candidates attended to introduce themselves to the audience. The six-hour event included debates for the races that had more than one candidate.
“Alu, secession is not necessary. We all just need to chill out and get along with our neighbors. We have so much more in common than we realize. We are one country! We are all Americans! Our values and goals are the same, we just differ on some tiny inconsequential issues.”
I can’t believe it’s been an entire month already since PorcFest. I’ve wanted to post about it but at the same time, I’ve been processing it … because it was a profound and transformational experience for my family, with so many feelings and so much to say; it’s difficult finding the right combination of words to describe it (a Porcfest phenomenon that is a real thing, turns out, more about that later).
You’ve surely seen the countless headlines by now. And if you are one of the millions of individuals who consumes their news via headlines or short video clips, you surely know that the voters of the conservative state of Kansas just voted by an overwhelming majority to support abortion from any restrictions. But is that really what happened?
You’re going about your daily business, perhaps on a walk through your neighborhood. During this walk, you come across two children at a lemonade stand. “Lemonade $0.50” The signage says. Not the price you paid in years past, but you’ve worked up a thirst. You ask to buy a cup from the children. They reply “For $5 you get a special cup that will give you 50% off our lemonade all summer.
Hello, I am Larry Borland from Wolfeboro and I am running on the Republican ticket in the September 13 primary for New Hampshire House of Representatives for Carroll Co. District 6 (Wolfeboro & Tuftonboro).
Time for some cold hard brutal honesty. To the minority of New Hampshire Republicans who do not yet support peaceful separation from DC politicians, have you thought about what it would take to shake you from your slumber and make you realize that secession is literally our only option if we want our children to have the same liberties we had?
When asked whether NH should secede today, 29% said yes, 14% were unsure, and only 58% said that we should not leave the union today. Among Republicans, 52% want to secede today, only 11% are unsure, and only 38% said that we should remain in the union.
The Fourth of July celebrates the formal adoption of the Declaration of Independence. Celebrating independence is a particularly wholesome element of American culture – one in line with most of the traditional American holidays. As an American, we should take pride especially in our independence – but also in our other traditional holidays.
On July 1st, MSNBC published an article titled ‘Congress has let the Supreme Court run amok’. In the article, the writer argues that the Supreme Court has grown out of control and is far too powerful and that the founders would have been shocked by the recent overturning of Roe v. Wade. Did the SCOTUS overstep its authority with this ruling? Are they taking power away from state and federal lawmakers?
On June 23rd, the Supreme Court ruled in NYSRPA v. Bruen that New York’s prohibition on carrying firearms and their restrictive permitting process was unconstitutional. The New York law stated that it was a felony for a person to carry a handgun without a license, and a person could only obtain a license if the government gang members (politicians) felt that the applicant could “demonstrate a special need for self-protection distinguishable from that of the general community.”
Since legislation in support of New Hampshire independence was filed last fall, support for peaceful separation from DC has flourished. While CACR32 did not pass the legislature, the outpouring of support for independence from the disastrous union controlled by DC has only continued to pick up steam.
On Wednesday, the US House of Representatives voted on a few parts of HR 7910, a large gun control bill with various sections. Multiple parts of the bill passed the full House by large majorities. The bill is likely to pass the Democrat-controlled Senate, and Biden is likely to sign it into law.
Nearly every government eventually becomes greedy and seeks to steal more from its people than it could via simple taxation. Tyrants in the federal government always wanted to control the money that the people used. Alexander Hamilton wanted the President to rule over the Americans for life with massive powers, and he wanted the central government to be quite authoritarian.
Thanks to propaganda produced by the government and their allies, nearly all citizens believe that the primary duty of police is to ‘protect’ people from danger. Not only is this not their primary duty, police have no obligation whatsoever to protect you or me. But it gets much worse.
When my wife got home, a DCYF social worker called her demanding a visit to inspect our home and interview our 2-year-old without the parents. I told this Social Worker, “I reject your offer to contract with me, the State has no jurisdiction in this matter, I charge $50k per hour for each hour of my time you consume, and to Cease and Desist.”
The entire bill simply stated that “The school board of a school district or the chief executive officer of a chartered public school or public academy shall not adopt, enforce, or implement a policy that requires students or members of the public to wear a facial covering for any purpose while on the school’s property unless the facial covering is necessary for a specific extracurricular or instructional purpose, or is required by some other section of the law.”
Sitting State Representative Michael Yakubovich has announced that he is running for State Senate in District 16. The incumbent Senator is Democrat Kevin Cavanaugh, and the district includes Hooksett, Candia, Raymond, Goffstown, and ward 1 in Manchester. The campaign will hold a sold-out kickoff event at the Taphouse Grille in Hooksett on Thursday evening.
We all learned early in elementary school that in this great ‘land of the free’, we are presumed innocent, and that we are never punished in any way by the government until we are convicted by a jury or until we plead guilty in court. But this could not be further from the truth, as the book explains.
Statistics show that the 330 million residents of the united states disagree on nearly every major issue. From 2016 to 2022, over 230,000 respondents to the question ‘Do you think abortion should legal or illegal?’ resulted in the following:
Some naive people believe that Congress (the legislative branch) is the one with the power to pass new laws (legislation). But legislators are not the chief lawmakers in the Authoritarian State of America anymore; regulatory agency bureaucrats make nearly all new laws.
The point of this innovative idea is to assemble voters for a massively orchestrated write-in campaign as we all work together to create an ideal lineup of candidates for the 2022 election cycle, from the Governor, to the Executive Council, to the Senate, the House, and even the County Sheriffs.
A response to Jonathan Haidt’s Atlantic article, where he argues for criminalizing online anonymity, for the sake of “saving democracy,” aka protecting the system from accounts like LibsOfTikTok.
Over the past few years, New Hampshire has gained a reputation as the freest state in the union. More importantly, the state is trending in the direction of liberty, while the other 49 states and the federal government continue to trend towards authoritarianism. One of the very few libertarian policy areas that New Hampshire has failed to lead on is drug decriminalization.
In addition to traditional advertising via Facebook and TikTok, Peters took to the skies to overcome the censorship and cancellation by chartering airplanes to fly banners of Cleveland Browns and Indians games with corona-fascism-related messages, including ‘Dewine sucks’, referring to the Ohio Dictator who embraced corona-fascism.
Is there a way to determine whether the authors of the Constitution were too ignorant to figure out how to add exceptions to an amendment?
But the education system run by politicians continues to get worse in every way. No matter who is elected and no matter how much pressure parents place on the educators, the system keeps getting worse and never seems to improve in any meaningful way. It is time to get the government completely out of education. Here are the top reasons we must do this as soon as possible:
HB1296 will improve judicial economy, enhance due process protections, and restrict circumvention of our criminal asset forfeiture laws. Savings in the judicial system will offset the minimal work added to public defenders. It will further assist law enforcement in their community relations efforts. The time is right to send this bipartisan bill to the governor for his signature.
Corporate Socialism is the state government’s entanglement with the private sector, in my view, its political agenda is destroying state sovereignty and character as we speak with the one-size-fits-all policies and statewide bureaucratic commissions, all courtesy of Governor Sununu and our “republican” majority.
On Saturday, April 2nd, around 100-200 gun rights activists showed up at the state’s capital to rally in support of the right to keep and bear arms. Organized by the Women’s Defense League of New Hampshire, the annual pro-gun rally is a popular event in New Hampshire. While there are surely gun rights rallies in all 50 states, two major things set the ‘live free or die’ state apart from the others.
While well-intentioned, HB1025 seems sloppy and could have terrible ramifications for liberty. If it passed, the bill would have made it a “misdemeanor to impede, provoke, or harass a law enforcement officer.”
As I sit here at the keyboard, I find myself hoping-against-hope that in New Hampshire, the nation, and—indeed—the world, there are flavors of libertarianism that reject the one which I contested last week in my debate on legalized suicide at the SHELL.
Over the past few weeks, the New Hampshire House has considered dozens of bills. Republicans currently hold a 206-183 majority, with roughly 100 of those Republicans being ‘libertarian’. Over the past few years, thousands of libertarians have moved from authoritarian states to enjoy its unrivaled freedoms and to help the state resist the shift away from liberty that is consuming the rest of the union.
I went to the New Hampshire State House for the first time on March 10th to support a constitutional amendment called CACR32. I handed out an informative flier to state reps and then sat in the gallery and watched the house session. What I learned about this strange cult shocked me. There were three things I thought were true before that day that turned out not to be true at all.
In January of 2022, Stephen Marche published a book about the inevitable breakup of the union. In writing ‘The Next Civil War’ he clearly conducted extensive research into right wing and left wing ideologies, and the history, legality, and practicality of secession. Personally, I think that the book was fantastic and accurately described the current powder-keg situation within the united states.
Once New Hampshire leaves the union, what would our education system look like? Would it collapse without federal funding and support? Would our students suffer? Would we still be able to transfer seamlessly between colleges in other states of the union?
Let’s begin by taking a quick look at the education system within New Hampshire:
Not one anti-independence legislator has ever agreed to debate the question of NH Independence. If they believe in their cause so strongly, why are they afraid to publicly defend their stance? The anti-liberty legislators knew that independence had a large amount of support among people and legislators. So, they utilized all the tools at their disposal to ensure that no legislators could vote in favor of the legislation, even if some of those methods are legally questionable.
The Democrats opposed the motion to table CACR32, because they wanted every pro-independence legislator on record supporting separation from the union. The motion did fail, and there was a roll call vote on the ITL motion, which would kill the bill. All representatives except for 13 voted to kill the bill. The majority of legislators essentially voted against letting the people vote on whether to separate from their abusers in DC.
Ukraine is not a budding Jeffersonian Democracy. It is a cesspool of corruption. It is a hotbed of sex trafficking, child trafficking, prostitution, money laundering, and the establishment of Western NGOs for the purpose of accomplishing that corruption. It is not a random coincidence that not merely Biden’s son made millions in Ukraine, but that Pelosi’s and Romney’s did too. And there have been others. Ukraine is a hotbed of corruption. It is the Afghanistan of Europe.
New Hampshire seems to have the best economy of all 50 states in the union, judging by income, unemployment, and opportunity. The average income per resident in the live free or die state is 20% higher than the union’s average. The largest limiting factor is economic regulation, most of which comes from the federal government. Without infinite job-killing regulations coming from DC, NH’s economy would likely soar to unprecedented heights.
At the hearing, pro-independence citizens filled the room and told the Representatives about the dozens of reasons we should be allowed to vote on independence. Only one citizen spoke against the legislation, and his most substantive argument was that we can’t split up the union because we are all Americans who just need to ‘come together’.
Conservatives have long been the primary supporters of law enforcement throughout the united states. Perhaps the biggest differentiator between conservatives and libertarians has been the conservative’s unwavering support for police. Over the past few years, many conservatives have begun to question whether they should support the police, though. Here are five reasons why conservatives should rethink their support for police
On Saturday afternoon, New Hampshire’s Republicans and Libertarians played each other in a hockey exhibition game. The event earned a profit of around $3,000, all of which will be given to the Children’s Scholarship Fund, a program that helps families in need find alternative education systems if government-run schools are not a good fit for the child.
In response to Justice Breyer’s announcement of his retirement, President Biden announced on Friday that he is nominating Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the union’s highest court. Presidential nominations to the Supreme Court must be confirmed by a majority vote in the US Senate. Currently, the Senate is split 50-50 between Democrats and Republicans, and VP Kamala Harris is the tie-breaking vote.
Back in August 2021, during a special meeting of the Legislative Fiscal Committee, it was approved to use $1.5 million from the federal ‘American Rescue Plan’ for regional planning commissions to do a needs assessment on housing across the state and to hire a project manager to implement a three-year strategic plan to improve housing stability. It seems that our state legislatures are fully involved in carrying out the federal government’s dirty work when it comes to housing.
On Saturday morning, a small group of conservatives, libertarians, and independents, concerned about corona-fascism, gathered at the corner of Exeter Road and Lafayette road in Hampton, New Hampshire. By around noon, roughly a dozen anti-mandate protesters were on the busy corner waving American flags, New Hampshire flags, and home-made signs to a busy stream of motorists.
In response to the increasingly severe vaccine mandates and other restrictions related to corona-fascism, truckers throughout Canada launched a totally peaceful protest in the form of driving their trucks from all over the nation to the capital city of Ottawa.
It all started with some memes. David and Peter Gay have been involved in fundraising for worthy campaigns in need for nearly a decade. By harnessing the power of social media, they have been able to champion causes and fully fund countless crowdfunding campaigns.
What would energy production and consumption look like in an independent state of New Hampshire? Currently, New Hampshire residents consume around 320 trillion BTU of energy per year. The Seabrook nuclear power plant provided 59% of New Hampshire’s 2020 in-state Read more…
Many people rightfully fear that once we cut ties to DC, they may not be able to travel to other states for work or pleasure. Of course, many New Hampshire citizens do work in Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont. Many also travel to other states to see family or for vacations.
Without the federal government, how would the tiny Republic of New Hampshire remain safe from foreign threats and hostile world powers? We would be living in the smallest country in the world, and we would not have the money or manpower for a serious military, right?
By Zephan Wood for The Liberty Block There are a plethora of revolutionary monetary alternatives to fiat dollars. The most common being cryptocurrency, bartering, and precious metals. Additionally, there has been a rising star in the agorist currency space commonly Read more…
Since mid-2020, The Liberty Block has produced a podcast each week. The show was originally hosted by Steven Axelman, Ed Mazlish, and Jodi Carroll. The name ‘EJS’ (the initials of the hosts) became the unofficial and eventually, the official name for the show, which has since grown in popularity, reputation, and in the number of hosts.
If New Hampshire cut ties to DC and no longer participated in the union, what would we use for currency? Many people have asked this question, and some have openly admitted to being afraid of how we would function as a society without using ‘the mighty dollar’.
After nearly one year, federal court officials have seemingly loosened the bail restrictions for Rich Paul (AKA Nobody) and Ian Freeman, allowing the longtime friends and partners in liberty to speak to one another.
In our quest to break barriers to freedom and build and promote a free society in Africa, we are with time discovering and drawing the attention of more danger posed and done by the state. These powers are violating and throwing into the trench of history the principles of a free society and not letting man live a free life.
We learned at the recent Committee hearing in NH on CACR 32 that the US Constitution does not allow for dissolution of our union of States for any reason and that it is not even empowered to do so. Pursuant Read more…
A friend of mine asked me that question on the day of the historic hearing on CACR32, the legislation that would place the question of independence on the ballot if passed by the legislature. She supports liberty and state independence, but she was seriously concerned that we may not have any police if we cut ties with DC.
Legislation proposed by nine Republicans in the New Hampshire House would compel the Attorney General to request information from the federal government regarding their law enforcement activities in our state.
“What would healthcare look like in an independent New Hampshire once we leave the union?”, a middle-aged woman asked from the crowd during the press conference for CACR32. I have been asked this question many times over the past few months, and it is a fair concern. Let’s explore what healthcare in the Republic of New Hampshire may look like after the inevitable collapse of DC and the union.
I’d like to ask you to look back on your childhood memories and try to think of a show, movie, or book that was meant for children that you were shown or read to as a child. There has been a large swath of children’s media produced throughout the years, from Schoolhouse Rock and Barney to Paw Patrol and My Little Pony.
The Representatives told reporters that they have unearthed a new document that casts strong doubts on the legitimacy of the document which officially marked the colonies’ secession from the Kingdom of Britain in 1776.
Concord, New Hampshire – A Republican State Representative has filed a bill to clarify that drinking water should be considered a crime in New Hampshire because it violates the US Constitution.
Unlike most pro-liberty rallies, however, there were no American flags to be found; all of the flags were navy blue with the seal of New Hampshire in the middle.
Proposed legislation in New Hampshire would decriminalize psilocybin mushrooms. The bipartisan bill had its first hearing in the Criminal Justice Committee
Legislation proposed by seven Republican Representatives in the New Hampshire House would prohibit financial institutions from utilizing ‘social credit scores’ to discriminate against individuals.
Midwifery is an ancient profession, providing care for women during pregnancy and birth. Midwifery being under attack is nothing new. Obstetricians, hospitals, and big pharma have been over-medicalizing the natural process of birth for over 100 years now. Many people are led to believe that birth with a midwife is dangerous and that they would be safer in a hospital. For low-risk women, the opposite is actually true.
The two-party system, voting for the lesser of two evils, you get it already, we all do. We all feel fed up with the results of our representative democracy. We are both frustrated and confused about who our elected officials are. Do you know who represents you in your state’s House of Representatives? And if you do know their name, do you know their voting record?
From early on, the elites in the government, media, and pharma/hospitals have viciously attacked anyone who mentioned the possibility of any reproductive issues in association with the new vaccines.
Anyone who follows Bernie Sanders on Twitter knows that he’s always ranting and raving about how expensive insulin is in the united states. But while he’s pushing a government takeover of all private businesses, ‘Medicare for all’, or some sort of price-capping regulation, I have a better idea.
Happy rich people will tell you ‘money can’t buy happiness’. Most people struggling financially would strongly disagree with that statement. Of course, you have bills to pay and mouths to feed. Money will make the source of your misery disappear, allowing you to be happier. How could anyone say that money can’t buy happiness when it easily cures so much misery?
As reported by Reason Magazine: “Older populations are whiter, ” Harald Schmidt, a professor of ethics and health policy at the University of Pennsylvania, told The New York Times. “Society is structured in a way that enables them to live longer. Instead of giving additional health benefits to those who already had more of them, we can start to level the playing field a bit.”
Legislation proposed by three Republican Representatives would begin the immensely important process of eliminating mandatory taxation. Three years after The Liberty Block originally published an article calling for legislation to make taxation voluntary, Representative Julius Soti of Windham has finally taken the idea from theory to a real-life bill. Representatives Yakubovich and Warden have signed onto HB1189 as co-sponsors.
On Monday, Biden finally admitted that “there is no federal solution” to solve COVID. While this is a very reasonable comment, Bidens’ campaign for president was primarily focused on his federal solution to completely end COVID. He literally posted a tweet saying “I’m going to shut down the virus”.
The legislation that would allow New Hampshire voters to cast a ballot in favor of independence has been assigned to the House Federal-State Relations Committee. One member of that committee has sent a frantic letter to his colleagues begging them to oppose the legislation and prevent the people from having a chance to vote on whether to become a self-governing state no longer bound to DC politicians.
By moving to any of the many progressive states, intolerant progressive authoritarians will immediately find a lifestyle much more to their liking than they ever will enjoy by remaining here. And New Hampshire will be freed to continue shining its beacon of hope to tyrannized people everywhere, with far less hostility in its midst for daring to be the one free state in an otherwise unfree world.
Concerned parents, teachers, and staff have been labeled akin to “domestic terrorists” at the recent Timberlane School Board meetings over the last few months. In November 2021, Nolan Pelletier (chairman of the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire and concerned parent) was arrested for “criminal trespass” or, in other words, he chose to not segregate himself in the “disabled” section for his choice not to wear a mask.
On Thursday, Congressman Thomas Massie reminded his followers on Twitter that West Virginia successfully seceded from Virginia, implying that secession is technically feasible. Predictably, leftists and union loyalists condemned him viciously. Newsweek wrote an article about the Congressman who dared utter the ‘S’ word in public.
On Tuesday, the legislation that would place state independence on the ballot for the voters was given a number and assigned a committee. The legislation will henceforth be known as ‘CACR 32’, and its first stop will be in the ‘State-Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs Committee’.
Immediately after the bill passed, abortion providers in Texas brought a federal lawsuit against the state for restricting abortion, hoping that Roe V. Wade (The SCOTUS case that legalized abortions throughout the united states) would be used to block the Texas law.
They are putting the propaganda into movies and TV shows. Their friends from Walmart to Google and everywhere in between are pressuring everyone to pad the wallets of Pfizer and Moderna executives. Politicians are giving our money, weed, donuts, and even guns to those who get the vaccines.
House Bill 307 would prohibit municipal governments (towns, cities, school districts, etc.) from implementing gun control laws or any other laws that interfere with “firearms, ammunition, ammunition components, knives, and firearms components and accessories.”
Why would you send your children to a prison-like institution that brainwashes your children to hate freedom, conservatism, and their own parents? And why would you pay for this institution to operate?
Yet again, politicians are sensing the diminishing paranoia. As expected, they are now spreading fear about another ‘variant’ and using it to bring corona-fascism back to maximum levels. Again, they have shifted from counting deaths to counting ‘cases’ or other inflated ‘statistics’.
During the BLM riots in the summer of 2020, an armed citizen was attacked by violent rioters, and he defended himself successfully. Kyle Rittenhouse used his firearm to repel three attackers, killing two of them and injuring a third. The white BLM rioters all had disturbing criminal histories, and threatened, chased, and physically attacked the armed teen before being shot. At least one of the attackers had a pistol and raised it to Rittenhouse before being shot. Rittenhouse demonstrated exemplary trigger and muzzle discipline, far exceeding what we’ve come to expect from American law enforcement officers, who often fire dozens of rounds at peaceful people, shoot the wrong people, and handle their firearms with extreme carelessness.
No person shall openly carry or display a loaded or unloaded pistol, revolver, firearm, or other deadly weapon whether licensed or unlicensed, while participating in, affiliated with, or present as a spectator at any parade, funeral procession, picket line, march, rally, vigil, or demonstration or other event organized or held for political, religious, or other First Amendment related purpose…”
Since I haven’t seen any real changes over the past few decades and have only seen the worsening over reach and monetary influence of the federal government, I’d like the chance to vote on our ability to peacefully leave the union. It no longer supports my values or the American constitution. I want NH to be free again.
Although nearly everyone following politics in New Hampshire was sure that Sununu was going to seek a promotion to the US Senate next year, something has changed his mind. On Tuesday morning, the dictator announced that he will seek reelection for his fourth term as Governor.
These studies and many more make one thing very clear: There is no consensus among Americans and among the 50 states and the various ideologies found among humans. On the most important issues, the people are actually split almost perfectly down the middle.
The Liberty Block designs and sells shirts and hoodies with pro-freedom phrases and images on them. The apparel is sold through our store on Teespring, one of the largest clothing design services in the united states. We have had no issues with them since we began working with the company in July. I actually found the products to be higher quality and more comfortable than I anticipated. On November 5th, 2021, Teespring sent the following email to The Liberty Block:
Many people likely believe that the united states could be placed back on the right track if their preferred rulers are elected. However, an increasing amount of people are warming up to the idea of the united states breaking up into two, three, or fifty sovereign nations. A recent poll found that more than half of Trump voters support secession and nearly half of Biden voters support secession.
Still, the latest polls, pundits, and even this author all had McAuliffe winning this election. Until a few days ago, the millions of participants on the betting site PredictIt.org also had the Democrat winning by a very safe margin.
Throughout the book, the main characters each face their own challenges surviving in a socialist republic with nearly zero freedom or privacy. As they try to develop a plan to remove the tyrants from office, they are repeatedly set back by the sociopathic politicians and their enforcers.
Later on Saturday evening, news began to break that Biden had reportedly lost control of his bowels and was rushed to the bathroom by his staff. The story has been corroborated by multiple sources, and there appears to be mounting evidence that the 78-year-old demented politician did defecate himself while at the Vatican.
Yes, the pledge and the American flag are only so commonly found in schools and other institutions because a socialist minister had a few brilliant ideas to help him make money.
The most recent death involves a 15-year-old male who died six days after receiving his first dose of Pfizer’s COVID vaccine
We’re trying to go through the proper processes and we’re trying to calmly redress our grievances, but the mandates are here and decent, hard-working people are being backed into corners.
I have heard reports that there were two accidental discharges of guns prior to this incident. If this is true, I’d be okay charging every person involved in the movie with manslaughter or accessory charges. This is beyond reckless. Allowing 3 negligent discharges is insanity.
I’ve seen NH folks advocate secession, but, come on, surely you’re joking! Not without a massive economy and resources and trade routes that don’t violate US land/airspace! But more importantly, any state that left America wouldn’t be “American” anymore — an America that uniquely allows you to even discuss secession.
On October 21st, the US government’s National Institute of Health finally admitted that Fauci lied when he denied using taxpayer dollars to fund the Wuhan lab that created COVID-19. Predictably, Lord Fauci received very little pressure from those not yet Read more…
The story always goes that we are too powerless to take a stand against authority, that we have no free will to make correct decisions, and that we should appeal to power rather than our own conscience.
Elon Musk sold all of his stocks and other investments. The unprecedented sell-off of 22% of total stocks caused Tesla to crash and go bankrupt. The company no longer exists, and its 70,000 workers are all now unemployed. SpaceX also went under, because he was a 48% shareholder in that, too.
The recently passed NH Freedom Accounts allow parents to recoup part of the labor their property taxes stole from them to pay for these, their preferred schools. Choose the school that best serves you and your family, and if none currently serves, work with parents and teachers to start one yourself.
If any hospital denies treatment to patients who are unvaccinated, they must also refuse to treat those who smoke, are obese or have unhealthy eating habits.
His harsh words for members of his own party also included telling Councilor Joe Kenney that his concerns about the grant and corona-fascism were “based on fantasy”.
As a political appointee, N.H. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Director Lori Shibinette has been leading the state’s COVID-19 response by attempting to make herself appear credible while deflecting all criticism, and it’s time to start asking questions.
But, don’t worry, it’s just “boiler-plate language” according to Sununu. Do we seriously believe anything that this dictator is spewing in between his cookies? Do you trust Sununu’s words? Do you trust that the federal government won’t continue to grow more tyrannical? Do you trust the mainstream media to be impartial and unbiased?
Over the last few days, you may have heard a lot about the $27 million dollar federal DHHS COVID grant, and then the all-out intimidation, threats, and assault on NH House Rep. Ken Weyler. Did Sununu create a smokescreen for another all-out attack on our freedoms?
Of course, the vaccines are largely not necessary, not as safe as they’d like you to believe, and not very effective. And masks don’t work. I wrote dozens of articles and a whole book about corona-fascism and the lies involved in it.
Many conservatives believe that politicians should tax their citizens in order to fund government services and projects. Support for the military, law enforcement, courts, border security, and education, and a small amount of welfare seem popular among conservatives, though they often believe that the government wastes too much money or uses it on the wrong projects.
It has come to my attention that some people unfortunately still believe that masks protect the wearer and/or those around them from COVID-19. Real data from many studies – and from real life – have demonstrated that masks have no efficacy in stopping COVID-19 transmission.
Emergency Order #65 seemingly authorized law enforcement agents to enter any property without a warrant or consent of the owner, as long as it was for a reason related to corona-fascism. “We’re going to have our enforcement teams out there”, said Sununu.
as advertised, the Dictator Sununu has put the receipt of $27 million in federal funds to expand the unconstitutional vaccine registry (vaccine database to track who has been given the Covid-19 jabs) on the agenda for the Executive Council to approve for the state to receive
Biden may be the least popular president in history. Only 46% of Americans approve of his actions, according to a left-leaning publication poll. In my experience, around 98% of Americans hate Biden and consider him to be evil. For the first time in history, YouTube has had to resort to deleting ‘dislikes’ (thumbs-downs) on YouTube videos featuring the career politician.
At any moment, DC politicians can step up their enforcement and/or begin to punish states that flout their laws. The federal government takes billions of dollars from taxpayers in progressive states each year. They send the money back to the state governments, but only as long as they obey the wishes of DC elites. If the US government decides to stop sending that money back to any state that does not obey federal cannabis and immigration law to a tee, life would change drastically for around 50 million progressives overnight.
progressives appear to be coalescing around the idea of a national divorce. Tim Pool, one of the largest independent media personalities in the world has also come out in strong support for secession. Many conservatives and even more libertarians and voluntaryists have supported the idea of balkanization for a while.
On Monday afternoon, New Hampshire Representative Mike Sylvia officially submitted language to the Office Of Legislative Services for a constitutional amendment concurrent resolution (CACR). If the amendment passes the House and Senate with 60% of the vote in each chamber, it would be placed on the ballot in the November 2022 statewide election. If 66% of the voters choose to accept the amendment into the NH Constitution, it would immediately be added to our state’s governing document, and the Live Free or Die State would officially sever all ties with Washington DC, becoming a self-governing nation-state.
The program would be voluntary and the prisoners would receive a 10% reduction in their prison sentence for accepting the injection and being part of the study. The policy would likely be popular, especially considering that violent criminals appear to have testosterone levels much higher than average men, which could be the primary cause for their violence.
lways, the legislation begins softly. It only applies to medium and large companies, and it also allows the employers to simply test their employees for COVID weekly if they are not vaccinated. Of course, the aforementioned provisions could very easily be amended at any time in the future.
because the Biden administration has pressured doctors not to prescribe it for COVID patients. However, the DC politicians are seemingly giving ivermectin to refugees.
Fox News reported on Thursday morning that the White House is officially withdrawing the nomination of Dave Chipman, clearly fearing that he would not be confirmed by the Senate, despite anti-gun democrats holding a massive majority in the chamber.
The one common trend is this: States are increasingly polarizing either to the left or the right. Progressive states are moving towards radical leftist socialism, while right-wing states are moving towards libertarian minimalism. This spells trouble for the group that still clings to hope that ‘America’ can one day unite under one set of values.
Gresham’s Law states that in a competition between currency, bad money will win out over good money over time, in other words, the average person will be more likely to use their US Dollars to purchase goods and services over their Goldbacks because the gold will maintain value, while the US Dollar won’t. Shaffer gave his answer to the dilemma of Gresham’s Law.
I have written dozens of articles, published three books, and produced hundreds of videos making the case for a national divorce from the authoritarians. Here are just 100 reasons why every New Hampshire citizen who supports freedom should support a bill and a ballot referendum on independence from DC.
Among the most successful Hip Hop artists of the past and present are NWA, Drake, Lil Wayne, Big Sean, Tom MacDonald, Wiz Khalifa, J Dilla, Eminem, 50 Cent, Nicki Minaj, Cardi B, Chris Brown, ASAP Rocky, Kendrick Lamar, 2 Chainz, and Logic. Their songs have been heard billions of times on YouTube alone.
they obviously suffer terrible discrimination, most of which is caused by white people. And their struggles are made worse by innocent-sounding language that people use every day…
Interestingly, this (former) progressive socialist may have already done more to spread the message of liberty than the entire libertarian movement has over the past year.

It is a disturbing sign of how far the healthcare system has fallen from its grounding principles when healthcare organizations strip their employees of one of the primary rights of patients, the right of self-determination.
historically science is not infallible, but we are now being told repeatedly to “follow” and “trust the science” as it is related to masking, and vaccinations without questioning the narrative.
Immediately after California made the decision, five other leftist states followed suit. It’s only a matter of time before this policy spreads to every state or is enacted on a federal level.

In response to the radical leftist company’s decision, Desantis has sent an open letter to the State Board of Administration of Florida. The head of state has also instructed the Board to immediately place Unilever on the ‘Scrutinized Companies That Boycott Israel List.
As an individual from Wisconsin, I was intrigued. The idea of many states simply removing themselves from the grasp of the vampires we call congressmen seemed like an interesting idea, though I have my reservations, which will be noted later.
The headline read: “Inflation’s Silver Lining: Higher Salaries”, and the article expanded on the childish logic that the title was based on.
Of course, anti-freedom politicians have been considering whether to declare a ‘state of emergency’ for global warming, gun control, and racism for years. Now that they know that their sheep will allow them to suspend all freedoms in the name of any emergency, they have even more reason to do so.
On Thursday afternoon, we learned that Facebook had launched a new propaganda campaign targeting their political opponents – which happens to be all conservatives and libertarians.
After months of tense negotiations, New Hampshire’s government passed its biennial budget on Thursday afternoon. Both sides doubted whether a deal could be reached until the final moments before the crucial vote in the House. The budget already passed the Senate earlier in the session.
However, this year, not a single person showed up to the campground for Porcfest – because they were all dead. The Free State Project’s annual festival was an epic failure.
The program was sold to homeowners and the general public as a wonderful, efficient, moral idea which allowed the government to efficiently keep energy usage from peaking and causing another shutdown.
some of the local schools aren’t allowing air conditioning or fans in the schools because of covid. A school literally kept the lights off and sprayed kids with water bottles to keep them cool today. And lots of schools today were half days because of the heat because they can’t turn on the AC and the kids have to wear masks so it’s not safe with the heat.”
They seem to assume that those who believe the US is a socialist nation like China must be stupid or anti-liberty.
Statistically, children are more likely to die from choking or drowning or burning to death in a fire than they are from COVID
A common argument used by leftists is that white people can’t complain about immigration because they were the original illegal immigrants, obviously referring to the colonization of the Americas. And yet, like nearly everything that is accepted as canon in today’s society, this is complete and utter hogwash. To be an illegal immigrant, one must first break laws regarding immigration.
We have a long tradition of “neighbor helping neighbor” in this great state.
“The bottom 99 percent paid 7.2% of their total wealth in taxes last year. But the top one-tenth of one percent—the top millionaires and billionaires—paid 3.2%. Less than half as much. That’s not right. And that’s one reason why it’s time for a #WealthTax in America.”
I understand your concern for the fate of public health, but your suggestions for “vaccine hesitant” people don’t particularly do anything to improve the situation.
The impetus for the protest was House Bill 544, a bill which would prohibit taxpayer dollars from being used to teach ‘critical race theory’ in New Hampshire’s public schools.
A group of around 30 libertarians and conservatives waited for the motorcade outside of IBEW in Concord, with signs that demonstrated their disappointment in Harris and their opposition to the increased taxation and spending on the massive bill.
Throughout the trial, the prosecutor showed evidence that Chauvin violated his department’s policy in a multitude of ways, which led to Floyd’s death.
The mask mandate will not be renewed once it expires Friday night, according to Dictator Sununu. For the past year, innocent and healthy individuals in New Hampshire were compelled by law to cover their faces, indicating that they had no due process or freedom. Furthermore, Sununu made himself dictator of the state a year ago, shutting out the legislature from the lawmaking process. Finally, it appears that he may be giving a miniscule amount of liberty back to his subjects.
Would you expect the Attorney General’s office to facilitate Police Departments across the state’s access to personal information about you without a warrant?
After the House clerk reminded Copp to keep her mask on if she wants to stand up, Packard leaned over and said “She’s just a bitch.”
There is a vehicle that the virus uses to infect massive amounts of people in the community. The bad news is that we are all guilty of this crime. The good news is that the solution is very simple.
After being forced to wear improper PPE, being barricaded behind glass, and supposedly risking our lives at the office, while upper management worked comfortably from home, we were then told that white people had to atone for their sins of abusing black people.
Grayscale Investments, which operates an exchange-traded Bitcoin product, went so far as to launch a “drop gold” campaign. It produced an anti-gold TV commercial that has aired frequently on CNBC. The ad portrays gold buyers as “living in the past” and out of step with the “digital world.”
However, in this ‘new normal’, elite companies like Google feel compelled to advance the corona-fascist agenda of scaring the hell out of people at every opportunity.
This bill would force businesses to spend money on acquiring more rooms in their property for women, which would cost them money. It would also cost the business money due to paying an employee who is not working and producing value.
If we were really 17 months into the worst pandemic in history, we would all be dead. At the very least, the majority of our relatives would have died of COVID. And that is obviously not the case.
After successfully publishing six books with Amazon/KDP, my book about corona-fascism was just blocked by Amazon a few hours after I submitted it for review. I wonder why!!
Considering that men have claimed to identify as women and then broken the skulls of female competitors and destroyed female runners and blown out real females in many other competitions around the united states, why would a conservative superstar like Noem veto such a bill?
Legislation currently in the New Hampshire State House of Representatives aims to stop the propagation of ‘divisive concepts’, including racism in government institutions. HB544 recently garnered national media attention when it became a topic on the Mark Levin Show on March 18th 2021. It was also picked up by the Blaze Media op-ed column on the same day.
Senate Bill 154 is currently being deliberated in the judiciary committee of the NH Senate. If the bill ultimately passes, it would prohibit state and local police from enforcing any Presidential Executive Order that restricts or regulates the right of people to keep and bear arms. A proposed amendment to the bill would expand it to also nullify state enforcement of gun control passed via federal legislation.
The thieves did steal the Bitcoin ATM that was located at Murphy’s Taproom in Manchester, according to reports.
It only took a quick glance at this horrible legislation to find some massive problems. The bill says that “No officer or employee of a state agency shall use facial recognition technology to engage in ongoing surveillance…”
Whether it’s vaccine passports, mask mandates, lockdowns, QR codes, or any other dystopian policy, we must fight it with everything we’ve got.
Spoiler: The solution is not “Winning back the Congress in 2022 and the White House in 2024.” That plan is terrible. And I explain why in the book.
Demented and ancient Joe Biden ironically referred to Abbott as a ‘neanderthal’ for allowing adults in Texas to make their own decisions regarding masks. California governor, Gavin Newsome said that the Texas governor was making a ‘terrible mistake’ by giving a tiny bit of liberty back to his citizens.
With coronavirus hysteria seemingly ramping down, now is a good time to start implementing some of our lessons learned to make sure that we’re never again subjected to such gross violations of human rights.
For the first time in recent history, they could be children without even worrying about the flu. We should be celebrating that and letting them live life. We should not be traumatizing them and scarring them for life.
New Hampshire had the best economy in the US by nearly every metric, until Dictator Sununu illegally shut down the economy and began punishing businesses for trying to survive.
This growing divide illustrates that the states are not united; they are increasingly divided, heading in diverging directions.
The actual bill creates a new crime, but one could be guilty of the crime by doing things other than ‘assaulting’ a person who is “conveying public health or safety guidance or requirements”.

New Hampshire’s government does not levy a tax on earned income, in the traditional sense. There is a 5% tax on interest earned and on dividends. Now, libertarian Republicans are seeking to eliminate that tax, truly making the state income-tax-free.

I’m starting to think that maybe we should just stop talking about rights altogether.
