Libertarians have long believed that peaceful separation is the easy and obvious solution for our severe political disagreements. Let me share with my non-libertarian friends how we might voluntarily choose to restructure into new countries.
These studies and many more make one thing very clear: There is no consensus among Americans and among the 50 states and the various ideologies found among humans. On the most important issues, the people are actually split almost perfectly down the middle.
Spoiler: The solution is not “Winning back the Congress in 2022 and the White House in 2024.” That plan is terrible. And I explain why in the book.
