Average New Hampshire Citizens Support Independence

The following is an email sent by a constituent to her State Representatives:

I’m reaching out to you today to let you know I am tired of the federal influence over my life. I have lived in NH all of my life and I have never experienced such a violation of my personal health freedom and livelihood. 

As a private licensed practitioner, and single mother of two teens, I have seen far too much influence from DC that has been extremely intrusive and destructive. What has been done to our children over the past year has been sickening. The psychological harm and hardships placed on our youth and economy will be felt for decades. The constant one size fits all type policies have harmful consequences for families and business owners. I fear it will only get worse. 

The lack of discussion and openness has left me feeling hopeless and depressed for the future of our community. The lack of recognition for the need of health risk stratification and restricted access to low-cost therapies along with threats to practitioners is criminal. You may not know this but as we send ridiculous amounts of my hard-earned money to oppressive regimes overseas, we still can’t give an obese person on Medicare nutrition counseling. 

We have a very unhealthy population and nothing is being done to promote true health promotion and prevention beyond cut, burn and drug therapies. Btw, Medicaid can’t access nutrition therapy either. Why is it that those with the highest rates of poor health outcomes (obesity and heart disease) are denied access to the number one thing that can reverse and prevent that disease? Where are my tax dollars really going? 

These are just a couple of issues I have. I want my children that already had covid to stop being treated like they are sick, stop masking them and stop threatening them with the jab to earn an education. 

Since I haven’t seen any real changes over the past few decades and have only seen the worsening over reach and monetary influence of the federal government, I’d like the chance to vote on our ability to peacefully leave the union. It no longer supports my values or the American constitution. I want NH to be free again.
