I’ve spent the last month on Spaces. Here’s what I’ve observed. First and foremost, there is so much untapped potential. Many people still don’t know what it is or what it’s all about. In my opinion, it has the potential to supplant live radio if done correctly. I encourage anyone who has a smaller news platform, organization, or a cause to get active on Spaces.
On Monday morning, Facebook went offline, along with its subsidiaries, Instagram, WhatsApp, and FB Messenger. The world-leading social media site has not had an outage in years, and has functioned relatively free of glitches for quite a while.
Interestingly, this (former) progressive socialist may have already done more to spread the message of liberty than the entire libertarian movement has over the past year.
