We’re trying to go through the proper processes and we’re trying to calmly redress our grievances, but the mandates are here and decent, hard-working people are being backed into corners.
The story always goes that we are too powerless to take a stand against authority, that we have no free will to make correct decisions, and that we should appeal to power rather than our own conscience.
Legislation currently in the New Hampshire State House of Representatives aims to stop the propagation of ‘divisive concepts’, including racism in government institutions. HB544 recently garnered national media attention when it became a topic on the Mark Levin Show on March 18th 2021. It was also picked up by the Blaze Media op-ed column on the same day.
Senate Bill 154 is currently being deliberated in the judiciary committee of the NH Senate. If the bill ultimately passes, it would prohibit state and local police from enforcing any Presidential Executive Order that restricts or regulates the right of people to keep and bear arms. A proposed amendment to the bill would expand it to also nullify state enforcement of gun control passed via federal legislation.
Whether it’s vaccine passports, mask mandates, lockdowns, QR codes, or any other dystopian policy, we must fight it with everything we’ve got.
