Breaking: Biden Less Likely Nominee Than Kamala – According to the Bets

Some time on Thursday, July 11th, Biden lost his spot as the odds-on favorite to win the Democrat nomination for President, according to PredictIt.org. The 81-year-old is already the oldest President in history, and his age has rapidly been catching up with him of late. He would be 86 years old by the end of his next term. After an undisputedly pathetic performance in the June 27 debate against Trump, Democrats have been rapidly leaving the Biden bandwagon. Biden’s apparent dementia was noticeable during the 2020 election and is now impossible to ignore. As of today, 18 Democrat Congressmen have called on Biden to leave the race for reelection.

Alu’s Breakdown of the U.S. v. Rahimi Supreme Court Decision

At long last, the SCOTUS has published their decision in U.S. v. Rahimi. The case arose from a conviction of a Texas man named Zackey Rahimi, who was found guilty of violating a federal law. Specifically, Rahimi violated 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(8), which prohibits the possession of firearms by anyone who is the subject of a domestic violence restraining order. Interestingly, the restraining orders are issued by state courts, while the law in question is federal.

Zephan’s Bitcoin Sermon – April

This sermon is made in honor of the holy sacrament of 4/20. In the Torah, God said in the context of creating the world for man, “See, I give you every seed-bearing plant that is upon all the earth, and every tree that has seed-bearing fruit; they shall be yours for food.” Genesis 1:29. When God created this holy proclamation to humanity, he was, of course, aware that he had given humanity cannabis, psilocybin, opiates, alcohol, and other plants or plant-derived substances that would change the human consciousness from its default state.

The Key To Wealth Preservation: Hide Your Silver In Plain Sight?

Many people who are concerned for their families’ financial wellbeing would love to see this bill passed into law. Astute people hold a large portion of the wealth in the form of gold and silver. Breaking: Dictator Lujan-Grisham Bans Guns To Flatten Curve of Deaths

In response to a fatal shooting of a child, the Dictator of New Mexico announced Friday that she is banning the open and concealed carrying of firearms for the next 30 days in Bernalillo County, where Albuquerque is located. The Democrat declared gun violence to be a public health emergency and announced that she was banning open and concealed carry in Bernalillo County for 30 days. You can rest assured knowing that this policy definitely won’t continue for longer than that.

Discussion of the republican debate last week; some say Vivek won, some say he looked immature; some say DeSantis won; should any candidate raise a hand at a debate or respond that way to a question? Will DeSantis be hurt by insurance laws in Florida in the aftermath of today’s hurricane? James Ho: The New Conservative Hero?

Within the past 24 hours, I learned of numerous instances in which a Federal Court of Appeals Judge has demonstrated that he supports life, liberty, and due process – and that he is willing to stand up to the radical leftist authoritarian death cult. James Ho is a new conservative hero. Current federal law prohibits any person who is the subject of a restraining order from possessing a firearm.

Is Vivek only running to take DeSantis down and in some sense collaborating with Trump?

Vivek Easily Wins First GOP Debate

On Wednesday night, Fox News hosted the first debate of the 2024 Republican primaries for President. The invited candidates included Ron DeSantis, Vivek Ramaswamy, Mike Pence, Nikki Haley, Chris Christie, Tim Scott, Asa Hutchinson, and Doug Burgum. Fox News hosts Martha MacCallum and Bret Baier moderated the one-hour and 40-minute debate.

The newest Trump indictment in Georgia: “when democrats challenge an election it’s free speech; when republicans challenge an election it’s a criminal act”. Seemingly a State conviction would not be pardonable by a President. Did Nixon claim to have the power to reject electors in 1960? Have not similar actions challenging elections been taken in the past? Compare this to the treatment of Hunter Biden;

Spaces, the Final Frontier for Free Speech

I’ve spent the last month on Spaces. Here’s what I’ve observed. First and foremost, there is so much untapped potential. Many people still don’t know what it is or what it’s all about. In my opinion, it has the potential to supplant live radio if done correctly. I encourage anyone who has a smaller news platform, organization, or a cause to get active on Spaces.

Feds Increase Monthly Payments By Nearly $1,000

In response to the horrendous monetary inflation by the federal government, the geniuses in DC have caused another major issue without significantly addressing inflation. As The Liberty Block has reported numerous times, the vast majority of all dollars ever printed in history were created over the past three years. Each dollar created by the Federal Reserve dilutes the purchasing power of the dollars in your wallet, bank account, and investment funds. On a simple level, doubling the amount of dollars in circulation cuts the value of each of your dollars in half.

The most recent Trump indictment; Per Daniel, our UK Correspondent, the British press is covering this issue like the liberal (anti-Trump) American press, rather than laughing at us as a banana-republic; where are the strong reactions from other republicans? would republicans react more strongly toward the Dems than they did toward Hilary if they were to win the white House? How much power does the media have in squashing the evidence against Hunter and the Big Guy?

Why You MUST Understand Rates of Increase

There is far too much disinformation and purposeful conflation going on in the media right now. With Biden constantly boasting about ‘lowering inflation’, millions of Americans are being fooled into thinking that Biden is bringing prices down. First, the President cannot directly affect prices, especially by lowering them. The only way a government official could directly reduce prices would entail seizing the economy (communism/fascism) and/or commanding that the prices be lowered.

The Case For The Depopulation Agenda

I have long argued against the ‘conspiracy theorists’ who believed that the elites wished to cull the world’s population by drastic numbers. Many of my libertarian, conservative, and voluntaryist colleagues believe that the top politicians, bankers, and powerbrokers in the world want to decrease the amount of humans by billions. I have consistently argued that it would be illogical for the elites to reduce the number of sheep and tax slaves they control. Here, I will present some evidence in favor of the theory.

Holding Cops Accountable By Collaborating!

It is no secret that law enforcement officers throughout the united states are almost never held accountable for their heinous transgressions, even when they commit felonies. As I explained in my 2022 book ‘Presumed Guilty’, police officers have been granted increasingly powerful protections from both civil and criminal liability for their crimes, largely by the federal government.

Alu’s Ninth Book Takes Aim At Gun Control – Now #1 New Release!

After years of writing about other liberty issues, Alu finally decided that it was time to address gun rights in a book. In light of the recent controversy within the New Hampshire liberty community surrounding drag queens, sexuality, children, violence, tolerance, and parental rights, I feel compelled to weigh in on the issue. Education Freedom Bills Pass House, Now In Senate

Two bills that would expand the eligibility of New Hampshire’s Education Freedom Accounts have passed the House and will have public hearings in the Senate Education Committee on Tuesday morning. In 2021, the state created the EFA program, which allows parents to receive some tax dollars back to be used on education for their children if their income is triple the federal poverty limit or below

Make Switzerland Neutral Again

The most important thing to do now is to continue to support the principles of neutrality, particularly in Switzerland. Conner Drigotas On Fear of the FSP

That’s why I raised my eyebrows at some of the folks in the documentary, especially those who expressed fear that people like me, my wife, and my toddler would choose to make New Hampshire home. Throughout the nine available episodes, Free State Project supporters, myself included, were described as “dangerous,” “extremist,” and seeking to change NH. In short, FSP critics say they are afraid, and they argue that you should be afraid, too.

7 Reasons We Should Continue Wearing Masks

Three years into the worst pandemic in human history, many people are becoming understandably complacent. Despite masks being perfectly effective at preventing the spread of coronavirus, people have been wearing them less than ever before since 2019. If protecting yourself and everyone around you isn’t enough of a reason to put on a mask, here are some more reasons why you should get in the habit of wearing at least a cloth mask.

New Hampshire Woman Publishes Collection of Corona-Fascism Poems

A local woman has published a book consisting of a few dozen of her written works over the past few years. Throughout the scamdemic, Cheryl Rounds has been spreading joy and hope with her smile, her memes, letters, and poems. For the first time, her work is available on Amazon and in person for readers in New Hampshire. The books will be offered in person for the first time at Liberty Forum, an annual pro-freedom conference held in Manchester on March 4th and 5th.

Bad Democrat Bill Seeks to Tie Landlords’ Hands

Proposed by Cam Kenney [D] and co-sponsored by 11 other Democratic Representatives, House Bill 469 aims to prohibit landlords from discriminating against prospective tenants on the basis that they are a participant in the Housing Choice Voucher Program (low income housing/Section 8). There is a multitude of reasons why this bill is ridiculous, ranging from impracticality to subversion of the free market.

Republican bill would restore due process for arrested persons

Five Republicans have proposed legislation that would fix a common but little-known issue in the criminal justice system. As we all learned in grade school, we are supposed to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law after a fair trial. We are legally innocent until we are convicted unanimously by 12 of our peers. And being innocent means that we cannot be punished in any way by the government.

NH Democrats Propose Their Annual Slew of Anti-Gun Bills

As they do nearly every year, anti-freedom legislators in New Hampshire have once again proposed numerous bills that would restrict the natural right to self-defense and the natural right to privacy. On February 8th, the House Criminal Justice & Public Safety Committee held a hearing for the bills in Representative Hall due to the large turnout. The majority of people who testified on the bills were pro-freedom and opposed the gun control bills.

Liberty Block founder publishes 7th book!

It is no secret that politicians and their allies are hellbent on keeping us divided. When we fight each other, we forget that politicians are the true enemies of liberty and individuals. This book explains the many ways the elites attempt to turn us against each other. Some of their attempts fail, and some are very successful. What if we could use their strategy against them?

Legislation Would Decriminalize Working Without A License; It Should Go Further

In California, a physician who expresses a view on COVID-19 that differs from the one held by the governor of that state is guilty of ‘professional misconduct’ and is subject to losing his license to practice — depriving him of the opportunity to make a living, and depriving his patients of the benefit of his training, experience, insight, and wisdom.

Free The Donuts

In June 2022, Leavitt’s bakery allowed local high school students to paint a colorful mural above its entryway. Depicting various baked goods and a rising sun, the town politicians of Conway decided that the mural is a ‘sign’ for advertising and not a work of art, and is illegal. In true arbitrary fashion, they insist the mural would be allowed were it smaller, or even if it were above the farm stand next door. Just not where it is on the property of the bakery.

It is Cold – And Getting Colder

For the past two decades, the progressive left-wing of the united states and the world has been insisting that the globe is warming catastrophically quickly due to human behavior. There is a myriad of hard sources, facts, and figures that disprove this ridiculous claim. Additionally, The Liberty Block published an article in 2021 proving that even the most hardcore progressive elites do not believe the Earth is warming.

Dem Bill Would Force NH to Adopt California Electric Vehicle Standards

The House Science, Technology and Energy Committee will hold a public hearing tomorrow, February 3rd, for House Bill 92. The legislation was sponsored by 7 Democrats and aims to adopt the California Low Emission/Zero Emission (LEV/ZEV) vehicle standards. The bill, like many others, has a seemingly admirable intention of protecting the environment, but what incentives does it actually provide? Is it even helpful in the first place? Let’s take a look.

N.H. State Republican Committee to AG: Investigate Vax Manufacturers

On Saturday, January 28th, the New Hampshire State Republican Committee (NHRSC) resoundingly passed a resolution calling on the Attorney General to investigate the COVID vaccine manufacturers for fraud and wrongdoing. Freshman state representative Jason Gerhard brought the resolution to the floor shortly after Donald Trump addressed the crowd of roughly 500 state committee members.

List of Public Hearings On Important Liberty-Related Bills

During the coming week, committees within the New Hampshire House will hold public hearings on numerous bills that could have positive impacts for liberty. Individuals who wish to share their opinions on these bills will have the opportunity to speak to the legislators on the committees during the hearings. Those who cannot attend the hearings may also submit their testimony to the committees online and they could email the committee members.

What Is Money?

The man who raises cows and bulls has valuable assets, but livestock is difficult to carry in your pocket and not practical for dividing into small denominations. Animals also live for only a few years. The fisherman has lots of fish, but they also die quickly, and not everyone even likes fish.

Anniversary of the Downfall of the Dollar

Today marks the 109th anniversary of the creation of the Federal Reserve on December 23, 1913, when President Woodrow Wilson signed the Federal Reserve Act into law. The financial insiders rejoice this holiday season, as they have every Christmas Eve for the last 109 years, congratulating themselves on their stupendous fortunes and looking forward to a prosperous new year!

Federal Tyrants Give Florida One More Reason To Secede

In The united states, the powers to make laws reside with the State governments. The US Constitution grants a few specific powers to the federal government; the power to have a navy, a Supreme Court, the power to coin money, and a select few others. Article 1, Section 8 outlines the powers delegated to the federal government. No part of the Constitution gives the federal government the power to control education

Unusual Election In Senate District 16, Huge Liberty Opportunity

One of the most interesting races for the 24 seats in the NH Senate is playing out in District 16. Technically, neither of the two candidates that voters will see on the general election ballot ran in the primary. In fact, both seemingly had no intention of running for Senate until just a few weeks ago. The two candidates represent polar opposites; a liberty conservative versus a hardcore progressive socialist. The District includes Candia, Goffstown, Hooksett, Manchester Ward 1, and Raymond.

Why We Cannot Reward Sununu

Many years ago, after several years as a practicing psychotherapist, I had a revelation. Having studied many and sundry explanations of human behavior and how to help people achieve their goals of behavioral change, it dawned on me that all human behavior can be distilled down to one rule, people do what they get away with.

Liberty Block Founder Publishes 6th Book, ‘Taxation Is Theft’ Becomes #1 New Release!

The latest book, titled ‘Taxation Is Theft’ delves into the history of taxation in the united states, the types of taxes, the hidden taxes, and how politicians spend all that tax money. The final section explains how we can easily and practically eliminate taxation using simple programs that already exist (and no, it’s not the ‘there is no law that says we need to pay taxes’ argument).

Cyberpunk: Edgerunners & Free Market Medicine

Imagine that you lived in a world where medical implants and augmented cybernetics were so cheap that even the poorest people in society had access to them. In this world, people learn skills by inserting a flash drive into their neck and installing the knowledge directly. Humans have replaced their arms with chromed fashion pieces, and the more extravagant people have replaced their whole bodies with cybernetics.

Local NH Mint Brings Sound Money Back

In the face of long-term inflation, increasing numbers of people are losing faith in the dollar, trading their ‘Federal Reserve Notes’ for assets that they believe will hold their value better. The past few years have seen massive interest in crypto, gold, silver, firearms, and many other assets. But it isn’t just for investing or wealth preservation. Many people are already using the alternatives as real currency for everyday purchases.

Why Liberty Is Winning In New Hampshire

Contrary to the trend found throughout the united states and in most each individual city and states, liberty is winning in New Hampshire. The ‘Live Free or Die’ state is already ranked #1 in freedom by the CATO and Frazier institutes. And its libertarian citizens and activists will continue to diminish government powers and strengthen individual rights with each passing day. Here are the top reasons we can confidently make this assertion:

Notice of Trespass: The Voting Machines Are Not Legal

On March 15, 2022, a notice of trespass was served by certified mail to Selectmen Waddell, Sawyer, Bridle, Rage, Town Clerk Doheny, and Town Moderator Cassassa.  This trespass, served by me, Regina Barnes, an NH state citizen involved unlawful electronic ballot counting devices used to count/tally votes in all Hampton elections. It informed all parties that they had violated their oaths of office.

I Figured Out PorcFest

I can’t believe it’s been an entire month already since PorcFest. I’ve wanted to post about it but at the same time, I’ve been processing it … because it was a profound and transformational experience for my family, with so many feelings and so much to say; it’s difficult finding the right combination of words to describe it (a Porcfest phenomenon that is a real thing, turns out, more about that later).

Kiki’s Delivery Service & the Spirit of the Entrepreneur

You’re going about your daily business, perhaps on a walk through your neighborhood. During this walk, you come across two children at a lemonade stand. “Lemonade $0.50” The signage says. Not the price you paid in years past, but you’ve worked up a thirst. You ask to buy a cup from the children. They reply “For $5 you get a special cup that will give you 50% off our lemonade all summer.

MSNBC Has Let Its Writers Run Amok

On July 1st, MSNBC published an article titled ‘Congress has let the Supreme Court run amok’. In the article, the writer argues that the Supreme Court has grown out of control and is far too powerful and that the founders would have been shocked by the recent overturning of Roe v. Wade. Did the SCOTUS overstep its authority with this ruling? Are they taking power away from state and federal lawmakers?

Why Both SCOTUS Bombshells Make Secession Even More Inevitable

On June 23rd, the Supreme Court ruled in NYSRPA v. Bruen that New York’s prohibition on carrying firearms and their restrictive permitting process was unconstitutional. The New York law stated that it was a felony for a person to carry a handgun without a license, and a person could only obtain a license if the government gang members (politicians) felt that the applicant could “demonstrate a special need for self-protection distinguishable from that of the general community.”

How DC Politicians Destroyed Our Money

Nearly every government eventually becomes greedy and seeks to steal more from its people than it could via simple taxation. Tyrants in the federal government always wanted to control the money that the people used. Alexander Hamilton wanted the President to rule over the Americans for life with massive powers, and he wanted the central government to be quite authoritarian.

Breaking: Dictator Sununu Vetoes HB1131, Endorses Mask Mandates For Kids

The entire bill simply stated that “The school board of a school district or the chief executive officer of a chartered public school or public academy shall not adopt, enforce, or implement a policy that requires students or members of the public to wear a facial covering for any purpose while on the school’s property unless the facial covering is necessary for a specific extracurricular or instructional purpose, or is required by some other section of the law.”

Dictator Sununu Destroys Pro-Cannabis Bills

Over the past few years, New Hampshire has gained a reputation as the freest state in the union. More importantly, the state is trending in the direction of liberty, while the other 49 states and the federal government continue to trend towards authoritarianism. One of the very few libertarian policy areas that New Hampshire has failed to lead on is drug decriminalization.

Hundreds of Well-Armed Gun Owners Rally In Concord

On Saturday, April 2nd, around 100-200 gun rights activists showed up at the state’s capital to rally in support of the right to keep and bear arms. Organized by the Women’s Defense League of New Hampshire, the annual pro-gun rally is a popular event in New Hampshire. While there are surely gun rights rallies in all 50 states, two major things set the ‘live free or die’ state apart from the others.

Free Staters, Liberty Reps Scoring Big Wins In NH House

Over the past few weeks, the New Hampshire House has considered dozens of bills. Republicans currently hold a 206-183 majority, with roughly 100 of those Republicans being ‘libertarian’. Over the past few years, thousands of libertarians have moved from authoritarian states to enjoy its unrivaled freedoms and to help the state resist the shift away from liberty that is consuming the rest of the union.

What I Learned From My First Trip to the State House

I went to the New Hampshire State House for the first time on March 10th to support a constitutional amendment called CACR32. I handed out an informative flier to state reps and then sat in the gallery and watched the house session. What I learned about this strange cult shocked me. There were three things I thought were true before that day that turned out not to be true at all.

The Next Civil War

In January of 2022, Stephen Marche published a book about the inevitable breakup of the union. In writing ‘The Next Civil War’ he clearly conducted extensive research into right wing and left wing ideologies, and the history, legality, and practicality of secession. Personally, I think that the book was fantastic and accurately described the current powder-keg situation within the united states.

Did Anti-Independence Reps Break The Law?

Not one anti-independence legislator has ever agreed to debate the question of NH Independence. If they believe in their cause so strongly, why are they afraid to publicly defend their stance? The anti-liberty legislators knew that independence had a large amount of support among people and legislators. So, they utilized all the tools at their disposal to ensure that no legislators could vote in favor of the legislation, even if some of those methods are legally questionable.

BREAKING: NH House Kills Legislation To Allow Citizens To Vote In Independence

The Democrats opposed the motion to table CACR32, because they wanted every pro-independence legislator on record supporting separation from the union. The motion did fail, and there was a roll call vote on the ITL motion, which would kill the bill. All representatives except for 13 voted to kill the bill. The majority of legislators essentially voted against letting the people vote on whether to separate from their abusers in DC.

We Shouldn’t Trust The Elites About COVID Or Ukraine

Ukraine is not a budding Jeffersonian Democracy. It is a cesspool of corruption. It is a hotbed of sex trafficking, child trafficking, prostitution, money laundering, and the establishment of Western NGOs for the purpose of accomplishing that corruption. It is not a random coincidence that not merely Biden’s son made millions in Ukraine, but that Pelosi’s and Romney’s did too. And there have been others. Ukraine is a hotbed of corruption. It is the Afghanistan of Europe.

The Economy in The Republic of New Hampshire

New Hampshire seems to have the best economy of all 50 states in the union, judging by income, unemployment, and opportunity. The average income per resident in the live free or die state is 20% higher than the union’s average. The largest limiting factor is economic regulation, most of which comes from the federal government. Without infinite job-killing regulations coming from DC, NH’s economy would likely soar to unprecedented heights.

5 Reasons Conservatives Should Stop Supporting Police

Conservatives have long been the primary supporters of law enforcement throughout the united states. Perhaps the biggest differentiator between conservatives and libertarians has been the conservative’s unwavering support for police. Over the past few years, many conservatives have begun to question whether they should support the police, though. Here are five reasons why conservatives should rethink their support for police

As Promised, Biden Nominates Black Woman To SCOTUS

In response to Justice Breyer’s announcement of his retirement, President Biden announced on Friday that he is nominating Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the union’s highest court. Presidential nominations to the Supreme Court must be confirmed by a majority vote in the US Senate. Currently, the Senate is split 50-50 between Democrats and Republicans, and VP Kamala Harris is the tie-breaking vote.

Is Dictator Sununu Colluding With DC Politicians To Build Project Housing In NH?

Back in August 2021, during a special meeting of the Legislative Fiscal Committee, it was approved to use $1.5 million from the federal ‘American Rescue Plan’ for regional planning commissions to do a needs assessment on housing across the state and to hire a project manager to implement a three-year strategic plan to improve housing stability. It seems that our state legislatures are fully involved in carrying out the federal government’s dirty work when it comes to housing.

Healthcare In The Republic of New Hampshire

“What would healthcare look like in an independent New Hampshire once we leave the union?”, a middle-aged woman asked from the crowd during the press conference for CACR32. I have been asked this question many times over the past few months, and it is a fair concern. Let’s explore what healthcare in the Republic of New Hampshire may look like after the inevitable collapse of DC and the union.

Tuttle Twins: A Fair Review

I’d like to ask you to look back on your childhood memories and try to think of a show, movie, or book that was meant for children that you were shown or read to as a child. There has been a large swath of children’s media produced throughout the years, from Schoolhouse Rock and Barney to Paw Patrol and My Little Pony.

Legislation Would Allow Non-Midwives To Regulate Them

Midwifery is an ancient profession, providing care for women during pregnancy and birth. Midwifery being under attack is nothing new. Obstetricians, hospitals, and big pharma have been over-medicalizing the natural process of birth for over 100 years now. Many people are led to believe that birth with a midwife is dangerous and that they would be safer in a hospital. For low-risk women, the opposite is actually true.

The two-party system, voting for the lesser of two evils, you get it already, we all do. We all feel fed up with the results of our representative democracy.  We are both frustrated and confused about who our elected officials are. Do you know who represents you in your state’s House of Representatives? And if you do know their name, do you know their voting record?

How to Smuggle Insulin

Anyone who follows Bernie Sanders on Twitter knows that he’s always ranting and raving about how expensive insulin is in the united states. But while he’s pushing a government takeover of all private businesses, ‘Medicare for all’, or some sort of price-capping regulation, I have a better idea.

Dear Poor people

Happy rich people will tell you ‘money can’t buy happiness’. Most people struggling financially would strongly disagree with that statement. Of course, you have bills to pay and mouths to feed. Money will make the source of your misery disappear, allowing you to be happier. How could anyone say that money can’t buy happiness when it easily cures so much misery?

Racism in medicine

The Empire’s Medical System Is Becoming Disturbingly Racist

As reported by Reason Magazine: “Older populations are whiter, ” Harald Schmidt, a professor of ethics and health policy at the University of Pennsylvania, told The New York Times. “Society is structured in a way that enables them to live longer. Instead of giving additional health benefits to those who already had more of them, we can start to level the playing field a bit.”

This Bill Would Begin Making Taxation Voluntary

Legislation proposed by three Republican Representatives would begin the immensely important process of eliminating mandatory taxation. Three years after The Liberty Block originally published an article calling for legislation to make taxation voluntary, Representative Julius Soti of Windham has finally taken the idea from theory to a real-life bill. Representatives Yakubovich and Warden have signed onto HB1189 as co-sponsors.

Rebuttal To Anti-Independence Letter By State Rep.

The legislation that would allow New Hampshire voters to cast a ballot in favor of independence has been assigned to the House Federal-State Relations Committee. One member of that committee has sent a frantic letter to his colleagues begging them to oppose the legislation and prevent the people from having a chance to vote on whether to become a self-governing state no longer bound to DC politicians.

Introducing The Progressive State Swap!

By moving to any of the many progressive states, intolerant progressive authoritarians will immediately find a lifestyle much more to their liking than they ever will enjoy by remaining here. And New Hampshire will be freed to continue shining its beacon of hope to tyrannized people everywhere, with far less hostility in its midst for daring to be the one free state in an otherwise unfree world.

Is the Timberlane School Board Run by Domestic Terrorists?

Concerned parents, teachers, and staff have been labeled akin to “domestic terrorists” at the recent Timberlane School Board meetings over the last few months. In November 2021, Nolan Pelletier (chairman of the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire and concerned parent) was arrested for “criminal trespass” or, in other words, he chose to not segregate himself in the “disabled” section for his choice not to wear a mask.

Alu’s Thoughts On The Rittenhouse Case

During the BLM riots in the summer of 2020, an armed citizen was attacked by violent rioters, and he defended himself successfully. Kyle Rittenhouse used his firearm to repel three attackers, killing two of them and injuring a third. The white BLM rioters all had disturbing criminal histories, and threatened, chased, and physically attacked the armed teen before being shot. At least one of the attackers had a pistol and raised it to Rittenhouse before being shot. Rittenhouse demonstrated exemplary trigger and muzzle discipline, far exceeding what we’ve come to expect from American law enforcement officers, who often fire dozens of rounds at peaceful people, shoot the wrong people, and handle their firearms with extreme carelessness.

Democrat Bill Would Ban Open Carry In New Hampshire

No person shall openly carry or display a loaded or unloaded pistol, revolver, firearm, or other deadly weapon whether licensed or unlicensed, while participating in, affiliated with, or present as a spectator at any parade, funeral procession, picket line, march, rally, vigil, or demonstration or other event organized or held for political, religious, or other First Amendment related purpose…”

CANCELLED! T-Shirt Company Removes Liberty Block Shirts With No Warning

The Liberty Block designs and sells shirts and hoodies with pro-freedom phrases and images on them. The apparel is sold through our store on Teespring, one of the largest clothing design services in the united states. We have had no issues with them since we began working with the company in July. I actually found the products to be higher quality and more comfortable than I anticipated. On November 5th, 2021, Teespring sent the following email to The Liberty Block:

Finally! Large Majority of Americans Agree On This ONE Thing!

Many people likely believe that the united states could be placed back on the right track if their preferred rulers are elected. However, an increasing amount of people are warming up to the idea of the united states breaking up into two, three, or fifty sovereign nations. A recent poll found that more than half of Trump voters support secession and nearly half of Biden voters support secession.

From Mask Mandates to Cattle Cars

But, don’t worry, it’s just “boiler-plate language” according to Sununu. Do we seriously believe anything that this dictator is spewing in between his cookies? Do you trust Sununu’s words? Do you trust that the federal government won’t continue to grow more tyrannical? Do you trust the mainstream media to be impartial and unbiased?

Breaking: Republicans File Articles of Impeachment Against Biden

Biden may be the least popular president in history. Only 46% of Americans approve of his actions, according to a left-leaning publication poll. In my experience, around 98% of Americans hate Biden and consider him to be evil. For the first time in history, YouTube has had to resort to deleting ‘dislikes’ (thumbs-downs) on YouTube videos featuring the career politician.

Why Progressives Should Support Peaceful Separation

At any moment, DC politicians can step up their enforcement and/or begin to punish states that flout their laws. The federal government takes billions of dollars from taxpayers in progressive states each year. They send the money back to the state governments, but only as long as they obey the wishes of DC elites. If the US government decides to stop sending that money back to any state that does not obey federal cannabis and immigration law to a tee, life would change drastically for around 50 million progressives overnight.

Nine NH Legislators Submit Legislation To Divorce DC; Declare Independence

On Monday afternoon, New Hampshire Representative Mike Sylvia officially submitted language to the Office Of Legislative Services for a constitutional amendment concurrent resolution (CACR). If the amendment passes the House and Senate with 60% of the vote in each chamber, it would be placed on the ballot in the November 2022 statewide election. If 66% of the voters choose to accept the amendment into the NH Constitution, it would immediately be added to our state’s governing document, and the Live Free or Die State would officially sever all ties with Washington DC, becoming a self-governing nation-state.

real vs fake money

Private vs. Government Currency

Gresham’s Law states that in a competition between currency, bad money will win out over good money over time, in other words, the average person will be more likely to use their US Dollars to purchase goods and services over their Goldbacks because the gold will maintain value, while the US Dollar won’t. Shaffer gave his answer to the dilemma of Gresham’s Law.

Desantis vs Ben & Jerry's

Ben & Jerry’s May Soon Be Out of Israel And Florida

In response to the radical leftist company’s decision, Desantis has sent an open letter to the State Board of Administration of Florida. The letter instructs the Board to place Ben and Jerry’s and their public parent company, Unilever, on the state’s ‘Continued Examination Companies That Boycott Israel List’. The head of state has also instructed the Board to immediately place Unilever on the ‘Scrutinized Companies That Boycott Israel List.

Whites, Blacks, & Native Americans: Which Are The Real Racists?

A common argument used by leftists is that white people can’t complain about immigration because they were the original illegal immigrants, obviously referring to the colonization of the Americas. And yet, like nearly everything that is accepted as canon in today’s society, this is complete and utter hogwash. To be an illegal immigrant, one must first break laws regarding immigration.

Governor Sununu

BREAKING: Dictator Sununu Will Not Extend Mask Mandate

The mask mandate will not be renewed once it expires Friday night, according to Dictator Sununu. For the past year, innocent and healthy individuals in New Hampshire were compelled by law to cover their faces, indicating that they had no due process or freedom. Furthermore, Sununu made himself dictator of the state a year ago, shutting out the legislature from the lawmaking process. Finally, it appears that he may be giving a miniscule amount of liberty back to his subjects.

Gun grab of 2021 (1)

Nullification of Anti-Gun Executive Orders

Senate Bill 154 is currently being deliberated in the judiciary committee of the NH Senate. If the bill ultimately passes, it would prohibit state and local police from enforcing any Presidential Executive Order that restricts or regulates the right of people to keep and bear arms. A proposed amendment to the bill would expand it to also nullify state enforcement of gun control passed via federal legislation.

What’s Wrong With Rights?

I’m starting to think that maybe we should just stop talking about rights altogether.
First, because they are so easily confused with entitlements. (The right to freedom of speech, or to self-defense, is now conflated with the ‘right’ to free medical care, or the ‘right’ to avoid having your feelings hurt.)

Has Miranda Been Neutered?

We all know about the Fifth Amendment and the protection against self-incrimination. If a person does not wish to speak to a government official, they can “plead the fifth” and then remain silent. There are countless examples of people who unwittingly give cops and prosecutors the rope they eventually use to hang them at trial. It is almost always best to say nothing to government agents. Anything you say or do really WILL be used against you by cops. They are not “cool” or “just making conversation.” They are cleverly manipulating you into digging your own grave. Shut up and say nothing except “I invoke my Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights to remain silent and be provided with a lawyer.” This is literally the advice that cops, lawyers, and judges give to their own children about interacting with police.

Breaking: Biden Drops Out of 2024 Election

On Sunday afternoon, Joe Biden announced that he is no longer seeking reelection to be president, leaving the Democrats without a nominee less than four months before the general election. Prior to today, Biden has consistently insisted that he would not drop out; he would beat Trump at the ballot box in November. Evidently, “the Democratic elite, corporate media, and billionaire donors successfully pressured the candidate chosen by Democratic primary voters to drop out because he’s down in the polls and losing,”

SlopeGate: Secret Service Only Protects from Snipers on Flat Roofs?

On July 13th, President Trump was shot by an assassin, with a bullet taking a chunk out of his right ear. According to video evidence and eyewitnesses, the Secret Service snipers only learned about the shooter around three minutes before he fired his first shot. Within a few seconds of Trump being hit, the SS snipers fatally shot the assassin. The killing of a man armed with an AR-15 lying on a roof around 130 yards away was an impressive feat, earning praise for the brave agents from all over the world.
